Where's Desco?

This one... would be a little too hard for me to clean (not to mention it might end up having a better or an official translation later), so I just posted the translation below. Will prolly do the same with the rest of DD2's 4koma. Or maybe I'll do the less-lazy-but-still-lazy-nonetheless way of typing over the parts that I'm not confident in cleaning. Especially those first panels.
